केंद्र
सरकार ने निवेशकों को गैरकानूनी तरीके से पैसे जुटाने में लगी कंपनियों से सतर्क
रहने की सलाह दी। सरकार ने उन कंपनियों के नाम जारी किए हैं जिनपर कॉरपोरेट फ्रॉड
या चिट फंड घोटाले में शामिल होने के आरोप हैं और उनके खिलाफ पिछले तीन साल से
जांच की कार्रवाई चल रही है। उन कंपनियों पर चिट फंड कानून, सेबी कानून, आरबीआई
कानून, प्राइज चिट्स और मनी सर्कुलेशन स्कीम्स (प्रतिबंध) कानून समेत कई कानूनों
के तहत जांच की जा रही है।
ऐसी
ज्यादातर कंपनियां पश्चिम बंगाल की है। तो आप भी अगर निवेश करने जा रहे हैं, तो इन
